Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently. Some discounted or promotional airfares as well as some code-share flights are not eligible for mileage accrual. will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline. We highly recommend passengers to provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in online and/or at the airport check-in desk. After travel has commenced, it is often not possible to apply for frequent mileage credit. Passengers are also responsible to determine whether previously earned mileage may be applied to flights to secure upgrades.

Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. Traveling With Cents LLC will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight and payment due dates. If full payment is not received, seats will be cancelled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare. Any replacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time.

Should there be a need for name changes due to incorrect information provided, a charge of $250 per person will apply, in addition to any supplier fees incurred. It's important to recognize that name alterations to airline reservations may necessitate full cancellation and rebooking. The replacement of one traveling passenger with another constitutes a cancellation, subject to associated penalties, and falls outside the scope of this Reservation Name Changes policy. Any changes or additions made after departure will be subject to local rates at the time of amendment, and passengers must directly settle these fees with the service provider. Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Traveling With Cents LLC is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carryon Bag Rules" at www.TSA.gov

All reservation cancellations which must be submitted in writing (NO text messages or voice mails will be accepted) will incur a $150.00 per person cancellation fee by Traveling With Cents, LLC. You must send your cancellation request by email directly to your Traveling With Cents, LLC Travel Agent and email must include your booking number, full name, and dates of travel. The charge for cancellation will be manually applied by Traveling With Cents LLC to your reservation. The affordable mentioned is per person or entire room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets: if Traveling With Cents LLC travel agent booked your tickets, they are 100% non-refundable and subject to individual airline penalties and/or fees If there are any issues with cancelling your reservation, your Travel Agent will get back to you. Please note the cancellation charge on your credit card statement will come from our supplier and/or the airline directly. Charges may take 3-10 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for children on most vacation packages is 6 months. Minimum age for South Africa and Dubai vacation packages is 12. Minimum age for European vacation packages is 12. Minimum age for cruise is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over age of 25 years of age. Discounts for children sharing a room as third person may apply to children under 12 at some resorts on Caribbean and Mexico Tours. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel I will not. Payment should be carried.

Although only a valid government ID and an original birth certificate are required, we strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered and/or departure dates canceled, Traveling With Cents LLC takes no responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line and is not responsible for any losses you may incur including the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees CRUISING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP required for sailing EITHER a valid passport / passport card (preferred) OR a Raised Seal State Issued Birth Certificate and a State Issued Photo ID Boarding will be denied without proper proof of citizenship Traveling With Cents LLC not responsible for anyone who misses the ship and can't get back without Valid Passport

To secure all new reservations, both a deposit and a completed registration form are mandatory. The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The deposit amount required for each reservation will be clearly conveyed. Payments can be made using major credit cards (with a 4% fee), Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App, with the associated fees being the responsibility of the depositor. Following the initial deposit, monthly payments are compulsory

The final payment must be received no later than the date in your invoice. Final payments are not automatically charged. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as reminders may not be sent. A late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. You must contact your Traveling with Cents LLC travel agent on the date you'd like the payment to be posted.

All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking

Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs. Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis. Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. Please note that some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for in-bound foreign flights. You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photo copy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Traveling With Cents LLC travel agent you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically, a resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.

Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all names change fees, if applicable.

Within 24 hours of receipt, please notify your Traveling With Cents LLC travel agent regarding any discrepancies, misspellings, or inaccuracies within the 24 hour period. Errors brought to Traveling with Cents LLC travel agent attention after 24 hours may not be repairable or reconcilable without a fee assessed to the traveler. Traveling With Cents LLC is not liable for or responsible for fees that may be incurred after the 24-hour period. Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible or liable for incorrect airline ticket travel dates reserved when airfare is reserved outside of a Traveling With Cents LLC Vacation package (traveler reserves own airfare using a source outside of Traveling With Cents LLC.

If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.

Should medical attention be required; local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. Traveling With Cents LLC and the vendor are not responsible for the services provided.

After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments. If 3 monthly consecutive monthly payments are missed your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. All previous payments will be forfeited. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment, please email your travel agent immediately so we will know not to cancel your reservation

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). We also accept payments of checks and money order by mail. These payments must be received in full 60 days before travel. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Traveling With Cents LLC (please enter the name of the trip in the memo line or enter your invoice # if you have one.) There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.

Traveling With Cents reserves the right to charge $100.00 to plan a trip. It is payable before the process begins and is good for one location and is valid for only 10 days and one revision. If the client decides to book the trip the $100.00 will go towards their trip otherwise it will be for Traveling with Cents agent time, for research and resources.

Traveling With Cents LLC may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Traveling With Cents LLC permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.

All prices listed are per person based upon shared room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. If you purchased Travel Insurance through, Traveling With Cents LLC refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance and the Traveling With Cents LLC service fee as stated, or through company check if payment cannot be reversed to your credit card(s). After a final payment date and there is a request for a refund, there will be a cancellation fee from the vendor because after the final payment date your reservation and accommodation will be confirmed.

Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 p.m. (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m. your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check in.

If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per person occupancy rate.

Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request

Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased from Traveling With Cents LLC If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the responsibility to purchase your own transfer to the hotel. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Traveling With Cents LLC or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.

Upon full payment received by your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and instructions will be issued via email and/or mail at least 14 days prior to your travel date.
