Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (3) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Airline Frequent Flyer Programs
Passengers are responsible for contacting the airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Not all fares, including discounted, promotional, or code-share flights, qualify for mileage credit.
Frequent flyer numbers must be provided prior to ticket issuance; however, mileage eligibility is determined solely by the airline and is not guaranteed.
Passengers are encouraged to reconfirm their frequent flyer number during online check-in or at the airport.

Name changes due to incorrect information will incur a $250 per person fee, plus any supplier penalties. Airline name corrections may require cancellation and rebooking, resulting in additional charges.

Baggage Fees
Checked bags are typically limited to 62 total inches (L+W+H) and 50 lbs (23 kg). Most airlines charge additional fees for checked luggage, excess baggage, and seat assignments. These fees are not included in your package.

Children
- All children under 18 must travel with an adult.
- Minimum age for most vacation packages: 6 months.

- Child discounts may apply for children under 12 sharing a room as a third guest at select Caribbean and Mexico resorts.

Cruise Identification
Although only a valid government ID and an original birth certificate are required, we strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

Cruise ships and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Traveling with Cents, LLC is not responsible for ship substitutions, itinerary changes, chartered sailings, or cancellations made by the cruise line, including any related airline or visa expenses.

To ensure a positive, safe, and enjoyable group travel experience, Traveling with Cents, LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or incompatible with the overall interests of the group.
This includes, but is not limited to, behavior resulting from intoxication or the use of illegal substances that negatively affects the group dynamic or overall travel experience.
Should removal become necessary, any resulting expenses — including cancellation penalties, additional travel arrangements, early return transportation, or related costs — will be the sole responsibility of the individual involved. All unused services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required.
Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.
Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis.
Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger.

To be eligible for any complimentary honeymoon or anniversary package, you MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate (a photocopy is recommended).
Without proof of marriage, the resort may deny these complimentary privileges (if applicable). Please inform your Traveling With Cents travel expert if you are celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary so it can be noted in your reservation.
Most resorts honor these packages within 30 days before or after your honeymoon or anniversary date.

Guests must make reservations using their full legal name exactly as it appears on the government-issued identification they will use for travel. For domestic U.S. flights, travelers are required to present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (identified by a star in the upper right-hand corner) or another acceptable form of government-issued identification to board.
If any name changes are requested after travel documents have been issued, the client will be responsible for any applicable name change fees and related costs.

Errors reported after this 24-hour window may not be correctable without a fee, which will be the traveler’s responsibility. Traveling with Cents, LLC is not liable for any fees incurred after the 24-hour period.
Additionally, Traveling with Cents, LLC is not responsible for incorrect travel dates on airline tickets booked independently and is not part of a Traveling with Cents, LLC Vacation package.

Late Payments
If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.

If medical attention is needed, local services will be contacted, and any resulting charges will be the passenger's responsibility. Traveling with Cents, LLC and the vendor are not liable for the quality or outcome of these services

Prices
All prices listed are per person based upon shared room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. Reinstatement of Reservations
If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.

Resort Check-in
Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 p.m. (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m. your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check in.
Room Occupancy Changes
If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per person occupancy rate.
Roommates
Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request
Transfers
Transfers for each tour are provided by car, minibus, or motor coach, exclusively for travelers who purchase airfare through Traveling with Cents, LLC
If you book a land-only tour or modify the itinerary's specified arrival or departure dates, you will need to arrange your own hotel transfers.
Arrival transfers are guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time to account for minor delays.
Traveling with Cents, LLC and its transfer partners are not liable for flight delays exceeding one hour beyond the originally scheduled arrival time.
In the event of delays caused by flight issues, immigration, customs, or baggage-related matters, you will be responsible for securing your own transportation (e.g., taxi).
